January Favourites

January has been the month of saving for most people me being one of them. I didn't know how hard it was to actually save money I did fail on some occasions because of course there is always sales when I want to save money. So I haven't tried lots of new stuff this month but there is something I have fallen in love with! So here are my favourites for January!

Nivea Post Shave Balm has been hyped up by so many YouTubers such as NikkieTutorials, JaclynHill and KathleenLights. When so many people have nothing but good reviews on a product I NEED to try it and I am so glad I did! It is amazing, so much better than any other primers. I will be doing a full review on this so won't go into much detail.

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner this was a purchase I got on a one off just to try it and have fallen in love with it, I use to always use my Soap and Glory Kohl Liner but I always noticed that it would gradually work its way down under my eyes. These Urban Decay ones don't move at all! Urban Decay say that these eyeliners set after a few seconds so they don't move during the day which for me is amazing!

I was late to the Mary Lou Manizer hype but it is definitely worth it, you don't need much of this product for it to look amazing! TheBalm is seen as a drugstore product with it being available in Superdrug however it is inexpensive but still has a high mark so could potentially be high end make up too. But this is definitely worth the money you pay for it, it has a lovely champagne colour to it which catches the light and looks amazing especially on all skin tones!

MAC Pro Longwear in NW15 is another favourite of mine I always put off MAC foundation until I decided to bite the bullet and get some and I have found my favourite foundation ever, compared to the others I have used this is one I have been obsessed with this month. I will be doing a review on this also in another post.

I have been wanting to try and meditate a lot more and relax after I have had quite a bit of stress from work the past week, I read through my sisters Calm book and saw that they had an app so I downloaded it and it is really good, you are limited to what you can do unless you subscribe which I haven't done. But the past week before going to sleep I have been listening to it and it has helped send me to sleep so easy instead of tossing and turning. I also feel a lot more relaxed before I go to sleep which helps me get a good nights sleep. So if you are wanting to relax or need help trying to sleep I would 100% recommend the Calm app.

What are your January favourites? Let me know in the comments!

MAC Ellie Goulding Collection!

MAC collaborated with Ellie Goulding to bring out a whole new collection, this was released Mid-December 2015. The collection was a range of pinks, corals and nudes which are the colours Ellie uses most in her signature looks. For me these colours are ideal as these are my go to colours when I do my make up. The packaging for this line in my opinion I love it, it's so simple ad classy with the black background with rose gold detailing - this is the same for the boxes it has a rose gold inside which is a nice touch. The products I purchased from this line are;

Powder Blush in I'll Hold My Breath - this combines two products one being a bronzer and the other a blush, the bronzer is a lovely warm-toned with flecks of gold shimmer in it. The shade reminds me of Laguna by NARS. I have quite fair skin and it works amazingly making sure I don't look too orange which I often have a problem with when it comes to bronzers. The blush in this is a peachy pink pearl with has a lovely shine to it, giving the skin a nice glow. The blush and bronzer work really nice with each other by complimenting the skin lovely. You can either lightly apply this or you can build it up nicely, these colours will work on all different types of skin tones. The finish of the bronzer is matte and the finish of the blush is satin, these also feel amazing and creamy when you're applying.

Plushglass in Explosion - this is a clear gloss which has gold flecks of glitter in it giving it an amazing finish, in some products which have glitter in them you can't really tell but in this you can definitely see the glitter! You can wear this on it's own or over a lipstick. It is creamy when applied and lasts for a while unless of course you're eating it will come off slowly but this can easily be topped up. This is the perfect subtle shade for an everyday look or even to be used for a night time look for the glitter.

PatentPolish Lip Pencil in Innocent - I have never used one of the PatentPolish lip pencils before so decided I would give it a go with a nude, and I was definitely happy I did! They are super creamy and give a lot of colour pay off on the lips depending on the finish you want from this. But from just applying one coat you get an amazing colour from it. The finish you get from this is a lovely shine so this could be applied over a lipstick if you wanted to either lighten the middle of your lips or add an overall gloss. There was another colour which she did bring out but it was a coral and I don't think I would have worn that one as much as I would wear this. Innocent has a everyday vibe to it which is ideal if you don't want to go overboard with make up but want to put a little on.

Cremesheen Lipstick in Without Your Love - just your typical MAC lipstick really however they have added a lot more detail to it, you can see this in the picture I have attached. They went and added the logo for this collection onto the lipstick which is amazing but doesn't make me want to wear it because it looks stunning! I went for the lighter pink over the coral as like I have mentioned before I tend to go for these colours and they work with my skin tone. I have yet to try it but I think that Explosion would look amazing over the top of this lipstick to give it that extra added sparkle. Both lipsticks in this collection have a Cremesheen finish which is one of my favourite finishes by MAC as it leaves my lips feeling super moisturised and soft during the day.

Overall I really like this collection, if I was to bring out my own collection with MAC it would definitely be along the lines of this. I still think you can get a few items of Ellie's collection but I'd hurry as I'm not too sure when it will be gone. I do know a few products such as the lipsticks are out of stock which is a shame. I tend to be that person that always misses out on the new collections but this time I was on time and managed to bag myself some goodies!

Did you try any of the products from Ellie's line? Let me know in the comments!

Freedom Pro Contour Palette

Contour palettes are being hyped about a lot in make up whether it's the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit, Kat Von D Light and Shade Palette or the NYX Contour Palette. There is so many on the market now and recently I have been loving contouring! I was in Superdrug and came across a brand which I have never heard of but I knew it was new to Superdrug which is Freedom Cosmetics who aim to give you good high end products with a drug store price, they have a lot of beauty products which can be aimed at make up artists such as a brow bar similar to the Anastasia Beverly Hills one which has every shade you could possibly need.

I however fell in love with their Pro Contour Palette (buy it here) they do this in either a cream formulation or powder which both are only £10. I went for the powder one as I feel like I am much better at applying powders over cream products. In the palette you get 6 shades altogether 2 x Matte Highlighters, 1 x Shimmer Highlighter and 3 x Matte Contour Shades.

The variety of contour shades are amazing if you want a light, medium or dark contour or if you want to mix two of them. I noticed when I first used these they are VERY pigmented, trust me. I needed to do a hell of a lot of blending to reduce down the amount of product which I had put on as I wasn't expecting it to be so pigmented. A little definitely goes a long way!

With the higlighting shades I haven't really used the end shimmer highlighter but that is also very pigmented it has a very cool undertone to it and is again very pigmented. The middle highlight shade reminds me of the Ben Nye Banana Powder which I use this under my eyes to set my concealer and it works amazingly to prevent any creasing under my eye during the day. The first highlight shade in the palette is very skin toned for me it just being a little lighter than my foundation. I use this just below my contour so it makes my contour a little more prominent but not too much.

With the kit you get a Pro Strobe Brush which is ideal for contour, it is similar to the Nars Ita brush and the brushes you get when you purchase Benefit Hoola Bronzer etc. With it is being very slim it allows you to focus on certain points easily so you can pack the product on and then blend it out easily. This would also be ideal if you like to bake with your powder, if you like to use the technique which I have seen Jaclyn Hill use a lot when she bakes her powder under her contour. This is also ideal for people who are new to contouring and highlighting as the box shows you where to apply the different powders to get the best out of them.

Have you tried this? Do you know any good contouring and highlighting palettes? Let me know in the comments!

I'm Going To IMATS London 2016!!

If you don't already know IMATS is International Make-Up Artist Trade Show which is held every year in Toronto, Sydney, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver and London. I have always seen so much said about this and seen so many people vlog and blog about going, and it looks amazing! They have a large range of different Make-Up brands which participate in the trade show. The trade show is mainly for people who have an interest in make up, work in the make up industry either in special fx, TV or film etc.

Brands which are scheduled to be at the London one this year are popular brands such as MAC Cosmetics, Urban Decay, Make Up Forever, Bobbi Brown and NYX Cosmetics etc, there is also other brands which you can't either get in the UK such as NYX but this has recently become more available in the UK now as well as other brands which aren't very known. IMATS you can sometimes get some good bargains as some stalls might have from 20% - 50% off their products which any make up lover will jump at the chance to get new products at such an affordable price.

I am going to the Saturday 4th June one and I am definitely going to start the saving now if I do want to buy anything! But I am looking forward to seeing some of the amazing pieces of art that some of the artists can make because it blows your mind away at what make up can achieve!

Tickets cost £45 and after the 19th April go up to £50 you can buy tickets on the door but I know they are definitely more expensive if you do that. I am so excited to be eventually attending IMATS London! I will definitely be doing a post on my visit there and the things which I purchased.

Have you ever been to IMATS? Any suggestions? Let me know in the comments!

Victoria's Secret Christmas Sales Haul!

This is the last haul that I will be doing with the Christmas Sales, I eventually received my parcel from Victoria's Secret and yes it was definitely a bag full of goodies! The only downside to this order was having to pay the Shipping and Taxes as it was sent over from America however I still managed to get some amazing deals in the sale. They had underwear from £4.99 down to £2.99 so I managed to grab around 10 pairs of these and can I say these are the best I have ever worn!! I don't know why I haven't had these sooner I have definitely being missing out on these.

I picked up a jumper from PINK! which was just a thin plain white jumper that said "GO PINK OR GO HOME" on the back with "PINK NATION" printed just on the front on the left hand side, this is the most comfiest jumper ever just to have as a lounge around. I did pick up another jumper when I went into Victoria's Secret just after my birthday and got a coral jumper which says "Victoria" across the front - this again is another comfy lounge about jumper but you could probably get away with going out in these if you needed to quickly go to the shops.

The sleepshirts which Victoria's Secret do are amazing quality and are so nice to sleep in they don't stick to you and you have more than enough room in them to move about. I picked up two one which was the classic pink and white stripes that had "Angel Victoria's Secret" on the front and another one which was hot pink that had "I look best undressed" printed on the front. Then I got a PJ set which was a 3/4 length sleeve top which says "LOVE VICTORIA'S SECRET" on it which had matching shorts to go with it. All of these had 50% off and if you know Victoria's Secret you know how pricey it can be in there so this was definitely a good purchase.
Online I got one of the classic PINK dog ornaments which everyone seems to have I got the small gold foil one which has black PINK all over it to stick with my theme in my room, and finally I got a vest which just says Victoria's Secret on the front it is a racer back style on the back and is quite oversized as well making it ideal sleepwear or loungewear.

I have definitely had a Victoria's Secret hole in my life which is now filled and will definitely be going back! I can't believe I have not had this in my life until now.
I can't show you a lot of these products as they have been worn and in the wash, so I apologise for the lack of pictures. But I will try get a few images off the website to show you.

Have you grabbed any good bargains from Victoria's Secret? Let me know in the comments!

Gwen Stefani Urban Decay Limited Edition Palette!

I have always loved Urban Decay for eye shadows they're always so pigmented and are so easy to work with. I have an undying love for my Naked palettes which are an essential in my make up collection. But when I saw the Gwen Stefani palette and it immediately caught my eye from the colours which have been put in this palette are all golds, nudes and browns which are my go to colours with two colours which are perfect for a pop of colour.

The packaging for this palette is amazing! You can feel the quality in it with it having a magnetic lock on it and the metal casing for it. You can tell this is Gwen Stefani's from the style of it from them being inspired from her love of black and white graphic prints and antique gold accents which really does reflect in this packaging. You can tell that your money is well spent and that it has been made really well. I managed to pick mine up from FeelUnique during the Black Friday Sales for only £36! This palettes price is £40 which for some people it is pretty expensive but again you pay for what you receive which you definitely won't be disappointed in this purchase!

So let's have a look at the palette...

The shades in this palette are creamy with a velvet texture to them aswell as being easy to apply, you can really build up the colour to get either a intense colour or just a subtle shade of colour. These eyeshadows really relate to Gwen Stefani's looks as she usually does go for a nude eye and sometimes a pop of colour which explains the pink and blue which are in the palette. Three of the shades in this palette are from Urban Decay's Collection and the other 12 are brand new. There is quite a mix up in the shades from some being matte and some being shimmery. All the colours work well together so you can either create day looks and then simply darken these up with the darker colours to make it a night look. The pictures don't do the palette any justice on how amazing these shades are.

(L-R. Blonde, Bathwater, Skimp, Steady, Punk)
(L-R. Baby, Anaheim, Stark, Zone, Serious)
(L-R. Pop, Harajuku, Danger, 1987, Blackout)
Even though I don't think I will use the pink and blue shades as much I will try my hardest to use them because they are amazing! I was pretty surprised when I swatched these I was expecting them to be pretty bright which the pink isn't it's a subtle baby pink with flecks of shimmer in it - which I think I will be able to incorporate this into some looks the blue however I still need to think about that, but it would be amazing for a night out!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is even considering buying it because with it only being limited edition you don't want to miss out and then regret not getting it because I know I would if I didn't get it. Want to grab one for yourself? Check it out here.

Have you tried the Gwen Stefani palette? Are you thinking of getting it? Let me know in the comments!

Blistex Lip Cream Review

I wouldn't usually do a review on some lip cream but I feel like you need to know about this beauty, especially now with the weather changing this usually does mess up my lips and makes them sooo dry! I didn't know about this cream at first until my mum mentioned it to me. It's amazing I had really dry lips and my nose was dry and sore which using this once was amazing it went within a day.

All I did was apply a thick layer on my lips and then I put a bit on where my nose was sore and left this to soak in over night, then the next day the redness would have gone down and the dryness wouldn't be as bad, I sometimes put sudocream on or just my normal moisturiser for during the day but I would keep applying it to my lips and this has really helped my lips. I often found that normal lip balms wouldn't work as fast as I would like them to.

So if you are wanting a lip cream that works fast but you can also use on your nose but it says that you can also use it on cold sores I don't know how good this is on them as I haven't tried it but I'm sure it will be just as good! You won't be disappointed! It is really inexpensive too with it only costing £1.75 and you do get quite a bit and you only need the smallest amount and it will go a long way so you definitely get your moneys worth.

My MAC Experience!

I have always wanted to try a MAC foundation but the one thing that always scared me about MAC was the wide variety of shades they have and finding the right one for me, I didn't want to just buy it online and it end up being the wrong shade for me I know you can get a refund or an exchange but that takes too much time.

From hearing so many stories about people going into MAC and being matched up to the wrong shade but the artist being persistent that it's the right one, this did make it seem very daunting for me as I am quite awkward when it comes to being in MAC or places similar to that where you need to interact with them. I decided to go when it was later in the night so it wasn't as busy so I knew that I could definitely see a MAC artist when in the shop.

The MAC worker that helped me was incredible she made me feel so comfortable when I was there and I was just expecting her to do a quick test on my skin and that was it. But to my surprise I ended up walking out of MAC with a full base done! I got to try some products out that I had always wanted to try such as the MAC Strobe Cream and some new products that I would never have thought to try.

The things I purchased from MAC;
- Pro Longwear Foundation in NW15
- Mineralize Concealer in NW15
- MAC Strobe Cream
- Prep + Prime Beauty Balm in Amber

If you have been wanting to try a MAC foundation but like me you're scared of getting the wrong colour I would 100% recommend going in to your nearest MAC and getting matched it's honestly worth it. You get to try new products and learn some new tips and tricks on how to do your make up!

What are your best buys from MAC? Let me know in the comments.

Sales, Sales and More Sales! Part 2

Welcome to part 2 of my Christmas sales haul if you haven't read part 1 then click here to view it! If you're wondering why two posts then yes you're correct I bought too much for just one post! So lets continue finding out my bargains!

FeelUnique had a good winter sale on selected beauty items where you could get up to 50% off! Which if you love make up as much as me then this is definitely a win for you! I decided to take the plunge and got the Gwen Stefani Palette by Urban Decay I have heard so much about this palette all positives and I agree with every single thing said, it's amazing! I will be doing a separate post on just this so keep a look out for that! Another thing was the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner in the shades Perversion and Demolition. These eyeliners are amazing they do not move all day which is something I always had a problem with when it came to eyeliners. RRP £15.50 but I got them with 10% for £13.95. I then got a top up of a concealer which I have used forever which is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in Ivory.

I didn't get much from Superdrug I was a bit late to grabbing the bargains on this one as I was only really bothered about the Zoella and Tanya Burr range which most of it was sold out before the sales, luckily I did get my hands on the fizz bar trio for only £2.99 and the awesome drawsome for only £25 which is amazing as this was £50! Sadly I didn't get all of the Christmas range they brought out but I got a majority which I am happy about.

Boots was amazing I again missed out online for some of the good deals such as Soap and Glory, luckily I was able to get my hands on the things which I missed out on online! I managed to pick up the Limited Edition The Whole She-Bang Gift Set which I did mention in my gift guide for her post, this retailed at £60 and I managed to pick it up for £30 which is insane especially for the things you get. I got the body butter wheel which has 5 travel size body butters along with the flake away foot scrub too which only cost me £8 and the tin of eyeliners which you got five eyeliners in for £7 which I love Soap and Glory's waterproof smoulder khol eyeliners these are my most used eyeliners! The colours you get in the set are black, brown, blue, purple and green.

I also got some bits from Victoria Secret but I am still waiting for this to be delivered so I will give this another separate post as I do have quite a lot which I got online as well as instore.

Let me know if you picked up any goodies in the comments!

(ps sorry about the pictures I had to find them online as the photos I had have disappeared and all my stuff has been put away now.)

Until Next Time,

Sales, Sales and More Sales! Part 1

If you haven't already spent a load of money at Christmas this is just another reason to spend! The Boxing Day Sales! This year I was prepared for them and had saved up a bit of money and decided to treat myself. I have had to split this post into two seperate ones or we would be here all day! Trust me! I did a lot of my ordering online just to save me time and the effort of going out in the manic sales just isn't for me, I hate having to fight my way through people to get something. A lot of the sales were on before Christmas so I ended up doing a lot of my ordering on Christmas Eve.

River Island had a good sale on which I was able to pick up a few good bargains. I got my usual oversized t-shirts because you really can't go wrong with them especially when they're only £10! I also picked up two tops which were similar both camel/beige with a high neck which have now become my favourites in my wardrobe! Another random thing I bought was some pug air fresheners for my car I only got it because it simply had a pug on it hahaha, and finally some shoes which were only £8 they have a Vans style to them but they are cream with a diamond jewels decoration to them across the front of the foot. I can't show all the clothing as some of it is in the wash.

New Look I didn't buy much I simply only ordered from here to get a dressing gown that I saw in the Black Friday sales but didn't purchase it and luckily it was in the sale it was a coral short dressing gown which says "this girl loves sleep" on the back, with this I got some pug Christmas slippers, a pj top which says "it's a bed hair and pj kinda day" and a Christmas top which has Buddy the Elf on because strangely enough no matter how much I love Elf I didn't have any tops with him on.

Urban Outfitters have some amazing home items which I love so when I was out I decided to have a look and see if there was anything I could pick up. I have wanted to get some of their photo frames for a while which have the glitter inside that moves about so I picked up two of these for only £8 each! I was going to buy the Moscow Mule mug online when it was reduced down but I never did and then it disappeared from being online, just my luck. Luckily they did have the mug in so I picked one of them up along with some marble effect cups which look so tumblr but also amazing. They remind me of something you would have milkshakes in or have in your bathroom with toothbrushes sat in.
Vans had up to 50% off on certain lines and I didn't expect them to have their Disney Limited Edition shoes in this but to my surprise they did and yes of course you have to buy some especially when you're a big Disney fan like myself. I went to order the Alice in Wonderland ones online but they didn't have my size and the website messed up when I went to buy the 6.5 ones. Luckily I ended up going into town and the Vans shop in town had some in my size too I was so happy with this purchase because not only did I get the shoes but they were only £36.40 down from £52!!! Definitely my best saving yet!

I will post the continuation of my sales haul in a few days to follow on from this! Hope you got plenty of good bargains this year in the sales! I didn't go into much detail with what I purchased as this would have gone on forever! If you do want to know anything else just leave a comment, also let me know what your best bargain was in the comments!

(ps sorry about the pictures I had to find them online as the photos I had have disappeared and all my stuff has been put away now.)

December Favourites!

December for me I haven't really had time to try out many new products, it's been more of a reaching for old products which I haven't used for what feels like years! This month there isn't much for make up it's more lifestyle bits such as YouTubers and Music but of course there is some beauty and skincare. So lets get on with it!

My Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette I got this around the start of 2015 and never really saw much of a love for it, but recently I have been using this for a quick everyday look by using only 3 shades in this. When I first invested in a Naked Basics I had the hard decision of which one to go for as I heard that the difference between them both was that one was more warm toned and the other cool toned. I eventually went for the Naked 2 Basics but after regaining my love for this product over the past month I may have to get the first Naked Basics in the future.

The three colours which I think make a lovely everyday look is Stark all over the lid, Primal or Cover in the crease and then Skimp on the centre and inner of my eye and on my brow bone. If you are after a simple matte palette which doesn't have too many shades but you can use them all together then this is definitely for you!

Clinique Anti Blemish Cleansing Foam and Clarifying Lotion I have always wanted to have a skincare routine which I would love and for me it has taken me a while to find products which do actually work for me. Clinique for me I see them as skin experts I have heard nothing but good things about their products. So I thought I would give this a go and I am so glad I did! This has helped to clear my skin up amazingly they do have other types which you can get it's all down to what you want from the product.

I got the Anti Blemish ones. The cleansing foam is amazing at removing make up and just making your face feel refreshed, I then used the clarifying lotion and when I first used this it did make my skin tingle but to me if something makes your skin tingle then it must be working? I continued to use this same routine for weeks and my skin is now cleared up! The tingling only happened on the first time me using the lotion. I would recommend this to anyone if they're wanting to try out a new skincare routine or if you're prone to spots this is definitely going to be worth a go as it is suitable for all skin types too.

Justin Bieber's Purpose Album this has been on repeat for me ever since it came out. I definitely think this is one of my favourite albums by Justin, I was never a major fan of his other stuff but to me this album is slaying! The music on there to me I feel like it's a lot more grown up compared to his older stuff which yes it was good but not my favourite. Some of my favourite songs on this album are Sorry, Love Yourself, The Feeling, Get Used To It and so many more I actually like them all. But Justin has definitely made a come back!

As you can see in the first picture there is a Landon Tyler candle, I have never heard of this brand before but this candle is amazing I especially love the Blackberry Souffle one as it isn't too strong but you can still smell it. I got this at a cheap price too as the retail price of these is insanely pricey. You can see from the packaging it comes in that it's expensive or has the expensive look to it. Definitely going to be trying a lot more of these scents out!

I have never mentioned any YouTubers in my favourites but Emily Canham and Jake Boys have been by far one of my favourites this month, actually for the past year they have been a favourite of mine. They do Vlogs and Main Channel videos, Emily is goals she is soo pretty and I wish I had the skills she does when it comes to make up. She is one YouTuber who's opinion I take on board when it comes to products to try in the future. Jake on the other hand is a lot more funnier with his videos he does. If you are wanting smaller YouTubers to watch I definitely recommend them! They put so much work into their videos and deserve so much more recognition for their hard work! I will link their channels below.

What have your favourites been during December? Let me know in the comments!

What I Got For My Birthday!

So a few days after Christmas it was my birthday and with me trying to split these up as I do have a few hauls to do I have done this a little while after just so you aren't bombarded with hauls. I haven't been able to take pictures of everything I got because a lot of it has been put away but the things I had to hand I have taken a picture of. I was s grateful for everything I received from my friends and family and I am not trying to brag in anyway.

Viktor & Rolf BonBon Perfume - my mum and dad have heard me go on about this perfume ever since we went on holiday this perfume has been a scent that I have needed to own, it was the first one I picked up in the airport and it was a winner and from then on I have loved it. The only downside the price so I had put off buying it myself for so long until I opened this on my birthday, to me it's your typical girly smell which pretty much sums me up when it comes to perfumes. The bottle is also a win giving it that girly edge with it being the shape of a bow with the small detailed tag which has the brand name on.

2016 Home Leeds Rhinos Shirt - I didn't expect this at all but I haven't had a new shirt the past few years and this was a complete surprise it wasn't something I asked for but I did really like the design of it. I got this from my sister along with a few pairs of again more pug socks and unicorn socks which I LOVE!

From one of my bestfriends I received the Zoella Bath Bombinis which I love! Especially the jars they come in because they can be used for so many different things. She also got me a MAC voucher which me receiving that on my birthday was just the best thing ever but it also proves how well she knows me because she knows that I will definitely use this! I was going to put myself on a spending ban with make up but I can't just leave a MAC voucher sat there can I? hahaha!

Another one of my bestfriends got me an Olaf money bank which for me is just the best thing ever because I was looking for a money box and what better timing to receive one of these! Especially when it was an Olaf one because all my friends know how much I love Frozen.Along with this he got me a pug calender which again all of my friends know I love pugs so this again was amazing to receive and some biscuits which of course I love tea and what makes tea better is biscuits mmm!

I also received more Frozen related items from my bestfriend which was lights and chocolates, along with this she got me a Pug tumbler which I love and now use on a regular basis! I had gone on about my new love for beauty blenders to my friend and she bought me the Real Techniques 2 pack which I can now say I have enough beauty blenders to last me a good few years! Finally I got a Make Up Revolution Lip Lacquer in the shade 'More Than I Could Give' which is a gorgeous nude/pink shade which again is a favourite colour of mine which I like to wear.

That is all my presents which I received from my friends and family for my birthday along with money that I received from other family members which I put to good use in the sales hahaha! I am thankful for everything I received from everyone and had an amazing birthday! I am thinking about doing a post on the place I went with maybe a few pictures etc. Let me know if you would like that?

Happy New Year!!

We are now in 2016 and of course like everyone does we all make New Years Resolutions, I have never been one to do them as I just find I never stick to them apart from the silly ones like not eating chocolate etc. But this year I have given myself a few.

One of my main resolutions this year is just to be a lot more confident and go out of my comfort zone a lot more which I have started to do a little more as 2015 was coming to an end, I just feel that once I do a lot more things which I would never have seen myself doing, I will become more confident instead of keeping it all held back. I have managed to learn to cope with a lot of things in 2015 and knowing that I am now in a more stable place I think it should all hopefully be up hill from here!

Regarding my blog since I started doing this I have really been enjoying it but I feel that I still have a lot more to give and put into it, so I'm going to try and be more consistent with posts and create a schedule which I will stick to! So from now on I will be posting at 5pm every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I could add throw in a few more every so often depending on how I feel.

This is only a short post for today and my first one of 2016! I hope you all had an amazing 2015 and brought in the New Year surrounded by your friends and family! and I hope that 2016 brings you all luck and happiness you deserve!!

Don't forget to look back on all the achievements you made through 2015 and whether it has been good or not, make sure that 2016 is your year!!

Have you made any New Years Resolutions? Let me know in the comments!

Until Next Time,
