I bet you're all wondering where I have been for the past month well I haven't really had much motivation for doing blog posts and I didn't want to force myself to write something which I didn't really want to write. I have also been suffering with a really bad sore throat for the past month so not been feeling myself. I just needed some me time really but now I am back and hopefully have a lot more inspiration for my blog! Sorry if there is anyone that has been wondering where i disappeared to but I am back!!
I have also decided that I am going to do a new schedule of uploading on a Wednesday and a Sunday at 5pm! I will then hopefully be able to work much harder on these posts instead of having to rush them if I haven't had any time to write any, then them not being my best.
Sorry for being absent for so long! Thank you if you read my blog it means a lot and I hope you continue to enjoy my posts like I enjoy writing them.
Until Next Time,
Paige x

Soap and Glory New Products For 2016!!
Soap and Glory have brought out a lot of new products to kick off 2016. I have been wanting to get my hands on these for a while now after seeing so many people talk about these products. Soap and Glory is definitely one brand that will always have a place in my heart, this was one of the first brands I used when I first started using make up. I went to my local Boots and was disappointed that they didn't have it so I had to travel into town to go to the bigger Boots which stocked it!
I didn't pick up much from the new line as I only got a few things which I was eager to try. The products I picked up were -
Glow All Out Highlight and Sculpt Cheek Stick in Ice Shimmer it wasn't long before Soap and Glory would bring out a range of these, not many if any drugstore brands have sculpting sticks out. I personally find that the sticks are so much easier to use and a lot better for travel. You don't need any brushes to help apply these as you can simply just use your fingers to pat these into the skin. The colours can be easily buildable to get your desired look from the creamy and very pigmented sticks. The highlighter is a gorgeous champagne colour with a slight pink undertone to it which in Summer is going to be gorgeous when the sun catches it.. These are suppose to be £8 but Boots have an offer on at the moment which lets you get it for £6!
WonderBronze Highlight and Sculpt Stick in Sundaze this is another one of their new releases in the stick formula and it is pretty much the same as what I said about the highlighter, it is super creamy and super blendable. You can give yourself a light contour with this but with it having shimmer in it I would personally use it for bronzing. At first I saw it and thought it isn't going to work on my skin but I think if I was to do small amounts and not go crazy it could work. It is a coppery shade with flecks of gold glitter in it which you can see when the light hits it, this will work on all skin tones which is ideal for anyone! It does have a slight red/orange undertone in my opinion. This is the same price as the Glow All Out Stick. They do have another stick to complete this range which is their Love At First Blush which I have read to be a dupe for NARS Orgasm blusher which is one of the reasons I didn't buy it as I already own Orgasm.
Kick Ass Just Bright Tired-Skin Concealer this product is amazing I use it under my eyes if I am looking more tired than normal. Soap and Glory's Kick Ass range is probably one of their most popular so you can expect nothing but good things from this product. You get a lot of product too which when you look at it you might think otherwise, however the amount of this product you use isn't a lot so it is guaranteed to last you a long time. It is both very pigmented but also so easy to blend out so don't worry about not being able to blend it out. This is suppose to be £8 but at the moment Boots have an offer on which lets you get it for £6!!I also got a top up of my brow archery in blondeshell which is my holy grail and the only thing I use on my brows along with my gimme brow. I don't think I will ever be able to change as I have never found anything as good as that. It is the same thing I have used since I did my brows, that is definitely showing my love for this product as it gives a soft look to my brows. It is buildable if you want a strong brow but I personally think it works best for a soft brow.
Have you tried any of the new Soap and Glory products? What do you think of them? Let me know in the comments!

The 1975 ILIWYSFYASBYSUOI Album!!
The 1975 have eventually released their 2nd album!!! To me I have been waiting for what feels like a lifetime for this to happen and the other day my wishes had come true! The 1975 have made a comeback and changed their whole aesthetics before they were always black and white but now with the new album they have gone pink and white. The music is quite similar to their old stuff but it is still very different.
To me I have been a fan of them for quite some years now back when they would just post videos on YouTube and from listening to their old stuff and now their new stuff, it reminds me of a story as some of the new songs have reference back to old ones. I instantly recognised this I don't know if this was intentional of the band or if it was a complete accident but it makes it some more enjoyable, that there is some relevance to the start.
The 1975 have always incorporated songs which actual lyrics but also just songs which have no words, which is something i have never seen done before by any artist. Another thing which makes them different to everyone else. Their song is very different but I think they're one of them bands that can appeal to everyone!
Some of my favourite songs from this album are;
- Somebody Else
- The Sound
- A Change Of Heart
- Lostmyhead
I do love every song on this album as well as the name of the new album 'I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It' yeah it is a pretty long name but it's different and not something you would expect an album name to be, and if you know the 1975 you would know that they LOVE to be different.
With the new album being released it has got me much more excited for their tour as they definitely know how to put on a show, but with them also having a new aesthetic I am quite excited to see how the show is different. I have been to two the 1975 concerts in the past and even though the setlist was the same it was just as enjoyable. I will probably do a post on my experience at the concert and give my views on it, so just look out for it!
Have you heard the new album? What do you think? Let me know in the comments!

L'Oreal Infallible Sculpt New Range!!
At the end of 2015 L'Oreal brought out their Infallible collection which consisted of foundation, primer and setting spray. However they have now brought out another part to the Infallible range which is the sculpting side, this consisting of contour, highlight, blush, mascara, eyeliner, contouring base. On the release of these new products Superdrug had put together packs which were the 'My 3-Step Contouring Kit' these were available in Light/Medium and Medium/Dark for just £15.99. Which considering that just buying two of these products would cost you over £15 you're getting quite a bargain. I think it is only available online at Superdrug.
In the light/medium kit you get;
- contouring base in shade 01 light.
- contouring palette highlight and contour in 01 light/medium.
- blush trio in 102 nude beige.
The contouring base at first kind of confused me as I wasn't sure if it was a foundation or something a little less coverage like a BB cream etc. But after trying this it is pretty much a foundation, it reminds me of the L'Oreal true match foundation which I do already own. So these are pretty much the same thing so if you do already own that foundation I would say you don't need this. This can be easily blended into the skin and you can build up the coverage to your desired one.My ultimate favourite from this new collection is the contouring palette where you get a highlight and a contour shade in it. When you first go to use it you typically think it's a cream product but to my surprise when I went to apply this it went to a powder formula!! The contour shade is my go to contour shade it is a shade I have been wanting to try find for soo long which goes well with my complexion. It is quite cool toned but it does bring warm to the face, you certainly don't need a lot of this product which I did find out when I came to trying them out but even if you do apply a bit too much it can blend out so easily giving you a seamless contour. I haven't tried the highlight in this palette yet but I'm sure it will just be as good as the contour shade. Another thing about this is that you get a piece of paper in it which shows you how to contour for your face shape, as it gives you a range of different face shapes and how to contour and highlight the best for that shape.
Blush has never been a thing I have got into but this year I am going to try and use blush a lot more when doing my make up, as I did find it makes me look more alive and brings the warmth back into my cheeks. The blush I got in my kit is a gorgeous golden/nude colour. You can use all three colours together or just use them separately, they're highly pigmented which is a bonus. When applying these colours they're super creamy and go onto the skin in an effortless way. So if you're after a really bronzy look then the Nude Beige shade is definitely for you! They have also got two other blushes which I don't own which are Soft Rosy which is all pink toned and Soft Sands which I am guessing is the blush which you get in the Medium/Dark kit.
It is definitely worth it's money if you're wanting to try this range, just remember that the contouring base is basically the same as their true match foundation so if you already have this you might not want to purchase this kit and instead go for the separate items. I'm 100% sure you won't be disappointed with these products though! L'Oreal have definitely brought out some amazing products for 2016 so far!!
Have you tried the Infallible Sculpt range? What are your views? Let me know in the comments!

Simple Spotless Skin Spot Fighting Review!
Lately my skin has been awful I don't know if a product I have used has caused it to break out but it definitely wasn't great! It was the worst my skin has been for a long time! So I decided I would try give Simple a try as I have heard so much about this brand but never been one to give it a try. I saw that they had something which was suppose to help with blemishes instantly. I read the reviews and as they were all good I thought why not give it a go. They were also on offer at half price which was an added bonus. The products I tried from this range were;
Simple Spotless Skin Triple Action Face Wash it is said that with this product you should be able to see results from the 1st day of using it, which I 100% agree with as the redness in my spots had gone down and they were starting to fade. I'm glad I decided to try this product when my skin was really bad so I could give a full opinion on if it worked etc which it did! I am still using it but I will definitely be repurchasing this product. RRP £2.49 (this is with a third off on Superdrug)

I also saw the Simple Spotless Skin Spot Zapper which I wasn't going to originally get but with my skin being so bad I wanted practically everything just to try and reduce them down. According to this product it is suppose to help reduce spots within 4 hours of them appearing, like who wouldn't want a product that does this?! When I first tried this product I had a freshly clean face after using the face wash and you could feel it working as it tingles when you apply it to the affected areas. This is definitely a quick alternative if you have a new spot appearing, this might have worked faster for me if I had this when my spots first appeared but I didn't. After using it though the next day I saw a big difference which I'm guessing is from both of these products. RRP £3.65 (this is with a third off on Superdrug)
If you have had a bad break out then I definitely recommend this product for you, it has helped to take the redness down in my spots dramatically! Or if you suffer from acne or spot prone skin then this should really help your skin. Simple products are suitable for all skin types even sensitive so they don't cause no irritation to your skin. From this being my first time using Simple products I will definitely be getting more as they aren't badly priced either.
Have you got any products that you can recommend for bad break outs? Let me know in the comments!

PLL Returns!
So Pretty Little Liars returned a few weeks ago which has kept everyone in suspense, I am probably a little late writing this post with it being back for a few weeks but no time like the present! If you don't know about Pretty Little Liars then where have you been?! It's amazing!! But basically it's about some teenage girls who are being followed by someone who goes by the identity of 'A' this is the main plot of the series where they try and find out who it is, it was also one of the things that left millions of viewers in suspense every episode until 'A' was revealed which I won't ruin that for you but if you haven't watched it or thinking of watching it I 100% recommend it!
The new season is a change on the past seasons with it being set 5 years in the future when they have grown up, gone to college and got jobs. Without giving too much away they return back to Rosewood for some commitments which then starts it all off again but that is all I am saying in case anyone reading this hasn't watched it before and wants to watch it. To me the new season is quite similar to the first ever one which the first episode you could see the similarities in it. But this is definitely going to be a good season I am hooked again and gained my love again for Pretty Little Liars. It is due to finish for good shortly after this season or they have one more but I am going to be lost without it! I will end up buying the DVD box set just so I have it whenever I want hahaha!
This is again another short post I haven't being feeling too good so I have been putting off blog posts as I have just been wanting to sleep most of the time when I get home from work. But I have booked a few days off work so I will be able to put a lot more effort into blog posts.
Have you watched PLL? What do you think of the new season? Let me know in the comments!

Potential Series Starting?!?
This is only a short post today as I didn't have time to put together a good one for Tuesday but I didn't want to miss a day as I have been doing really well at scheduling and having posts going up on a frequent basis. So I thought I'd talk to you about an idea I am thinking of doing...
The idea is doing some sort of series of blog posts maybe once a week or every so often, and it will be similar to when I do my monthly favourites but it will be my favourites of a certain type of make up - such as favourite bronzers, favourite highlighters etc. I might then speak about my top 3 that I couldn't live without or that I would definitely repurchase when I have used it all. I'd also do something like my top 5 from a brand such as MAC, Benefit, Nars etc obviously this would depend on how much I own from that brand.
These would include both high end and drug store so then I am covering a lot more ground with different products. I am not 100% sure if I am going to be doing this but it entered my head a few days ago and I think it would be quite fun to do.
Let me know what you think of this idea in the comments! I'd love some feedback!

My MAC Experience!
I have always wanted to try a MAC foundation but the one thing that always scared me about MAC was the wide variety of shades they have and finding the right one for me, I didn't want to just buy it online and it end up being the wrong shade for me I know you can get a refund or an exchange but that takes too much time.
From hearing so many stories about people going into MAC and being matched up to the wrong shade but the artist being persistent that it's the right one, this did make it seem very daunting for me as I am quite awkward when it comes to being in MAC or places similar to that where you need to interact with them. I decided to go when it was later in the night so it wasn't as busy so I knew that I could definitely see a MAC artist when in the shop.
The MAC worker that helped me was incredible she made me feel so comfortable when I was there and I was just expecting her to do a quick test on my skin and that was it. But to my surprise I ended up walking out of MAC with a full base done! I got to try some products out that I had always wanted to try such as the MAC Strobe Cream and some new products that I would never have thought to try.
If you have been wanting to try a MAC foundation but like me you're scared of getting the wrong colour I would 100% recommend going in to your nearest MAC and getting matched it's honestly worth it. You get to try new products and learn some new tips and tricks on how to do your make up!
What are your best buys from MAC? Let me know in the comments.

Happy New Year!!
We are now in 2016 and of course like everyone does we all make New Years Resolutions, I have never been one to do them as I just find I never stick to them apart from the silly ones like not eating chocolate etc. But this year I have given myself a few.
One of my main resolutions this year is just to be a lot more confident and go out of my comfort zone a lot more which I have started to do a little more as 2015 was coming to an end, I just feel that once I do a lot more things which I would never have seen myself doing, I will become more confident instead of keeping it all held back. I have managed to learn to cope with a lot of things in 2015 and knowing that I am now in a more stable place I think it should all hopefully be up hill from here!
Regarding my blog since I started doing this I have really been enjoying it but I feel that I still have a lot more to give and put into it, so I'm going to try and be more consistent with posts and create a schedule which I will stick to! So from now on I will be posting at 5pm every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I could add throw in a few more every so often depending on how I feel.
This is only a short post for today and my first one of 2016! I hope you all had an amazing 2015 and brought in the New Year surrounded by your friends and family! and I hope that 2016 brings you all luck and happiness you deserve!!
Don't forget to look back on all the achievements you made through 2015 and whether it has been good or not, make sure that 2016 is your year!!
Have you made any New Years Resolutions? Let me know in the comments!
Until Next Time,

MAC Enchanted Eve Christmas Collection
Every year MAC Cosmetics bring out a Christmas range which will last until the New Year. One piece of the MAC Christmas collection always makes it way onto my Christmas list, last year was the Keepsakes collection which I got the nude palette I can't remember the name of it.
The 2015 Christmas range is amazing, I instantly fell in love with it and needed it all! The theme this year was based around purples, blues and nudes giving it that night out vibe. I decided to treat myself to a few bits because knowing my luck it would be out of stock when I have time to get it, just like the 'Oh Darling' highlight I was too late to get that which sucks.
Enchanted Eve Eyes in Warm £32.
When it comes to eyeshadows I tend to be quite boring and play it safe, always sticking to warm tones and nudes. However I needed this palette it is pretty much like my Keepsakes palette with the same warm tone. The other colours you could get in this range were the mauve and navy palette.
The 6 eyeshadows you get:
- Seasonal Spirit- Moodmaker
- Sax Appeal
- Bewitchin'
- Charcoal Brown
- Retrospeck
MAC eyeshadows are amazing quality so I know I won't be let down with these! I love the size of this palette it is ideal for travelling with it being easy to slip into a pocket. The mirror is also a added bonus with it being fairly big making it perfect for when you're doing your eye make up on the go. This product overall is really good quality and has all the little added details, the packaging itself and the magnetic seal making it easy to open and close.
Enchanted Eve Eye Bag in Neutral £39.50.
Originally I wasn't going to get the eye set in the Enchanted Eve range but I was going to buy the paint pot and mascara anyways, so thought I may aswell save some money and get more items. The other two sets were quite similar to this apart from they differed in the paintpot and fluidline with purples and then blues.
In the set you get;- Painterly Paint Pot
- Dipdown Fluidline Eyeliner
- False Lashes in False Black
- Double Ended Brush with an eyeshadow and liner brush.
- Make Up Bag
What you get in this set is a good value for money and would be the perfect Christmas present for any make up lover. I am excited to use the False Lashes mascara because my first ever mascara from MAC I loved - but it was limited edition so sadly I couldn't get it again. I have been wanting to try the Painterly paint pot for so long after hearing so many people give it good reviews.
Enchanted Eve Lip Bag in Nude £34.
You might be thinking I have gone with nudes again, this set was really the only one I would personally go for that I know I would wear. The other two you could get were a bright pink or red these looked amazing but not for me hahaha,
In the set you get:
- Creme Cup Cremesheen Lipstick- Boldly Bare Lip Pencil
- Cherry Blossom Lipglass
- Make Up Bag
I have never been let down with MAC lipsticks, you could probably tell if you knew how many I own, trust me it's not healthy. However I can't say much about the lip liners as I have never tried them but I have heard all good things about them, so hopefully I won't be disappointed. Can I just add the bags I got given were amazing they were to go with the Guo Pei collection.
MAC's collection this year is one of my favourites, all the packaging has an edgy clubbing vibe but it's still very classy. I might do a review on some of the products in future posts if I remember. I can definitely say it was a good spend which was worth it!
Did you get any of the new collection? Are you going to get any if so what? I'd love to know so drop me a comment!
Until Next Time.

Girl Online Tour - Meeting Zoella/Book Signing!
The signing was at the Waterstones in town, and from going to Alfie's book signing I was expecting to be queuing for a while, but this one I was queuing for around an hour which compared isn't long at all. It was a lot more relaxed and not so cramped like at Alfie's, you didn't get chance to take a picture with Zoe but that's understandable when they have so many people to get through. I took Girl Online with me in hope I could also get that signed which I could thankfully, this did mean I got longer with Zoe but everyone seemed to get the same length of time.
![]() |
| The bracelet you receive is just at the top. |
After meeting Zoe you got a tour poster with all the book signing tour dates on and a fabric wristband which had "Girl Online On Tour Zoe Sugg" on it. Ideal added extra which can be like a memory of the day along with of course a signed copy of the book. When the Girl Online On Tour pre orders came out I was on holiday at the time but I was lucky enough to get a pre order of a signed copy just incase she wasn't going to come to my city on her book tour or that I couldn't go to it, so I now have 2 signed copies.
I started reading Girl Online On Tour as soon as I got it in the post, I am about half way through and it's amazing. The storyline is perfect and a good flow on from Girl Online, so if you haven't read Girl Online I recommend reading that before Girl Online On Tour. The book in general makes you feel a rollercoaster of emotions which you get this from both books.
Have you read Girl Online On Tour? What are your thoughts? Let me know what you think in the comments.
Until Next Time.

⛄ Lush Christmas Products ⛄
![]() |
| L-R Snow Fairy, Candy Mountain, Peeping Santa, Magic Wand, Yog Nog and Father Christmas |
It's getting to that time of year when Lush starts to bring out their Christmas range. This is one of my favourite times of the year and it definitely gets me in the Christmas spirit. So I decided to grab some before I missed my chance.
The Peeping Santa (bubble bar) £3.95 - I haven't seen this one before in Lush but it's definitely a new favourite of mine, the cute design of this bubble bar is a Santa peeking out from under his hat which has small red hearts on. It has a sweet smell of strawberries which isn't too over powering, I don't quite understand what strawberries have to do with Christmas, but I'm not complaining I love it!
Candy Mountain (bubble bar) £2.95 - this always reminds me of the unicorn horn which Lush brought out, this is another sweet smelling bubblegum candy bubble bar. This is very girly with the pink and white swirl and the added glitter.
Father Christmas (bath bomb) £3.65 - this is an old favourite at Lush. If you like Snow Fairy you will love this as this bath bomb has the same scent but it's not as strong so this might be better for some people who aren't a big fan of Snow Fairy if it's too strong for them. The bath bomb is just red and white with Santa's face being the bath bomb itself.
Yog Nog (bath bomb) £3.95- the Yog Nog bath bomb is one of my personal favourites, the smell of toffee, caramel and spices which to me is the true smell of Christmas. They also have a Yog Nog soap which they also have out throughout Christmas. On the bath bomb it is a golden/yellow and white colour with Christmas patterns such as Christmas Trees and Stars around it.
Star Magic Wand (bubble bar) £5.25- the pink star covered in silver glitter is the perfect bubble bar which can I add is reusable, all you need to do is swirl it around your bath and it will fill your bath with bubbles. Even down to the detailing it has a small silver bell with a ribbon, when using it in your bath it makes everything that little bit more magical. It's like Snow Fairy on a stick!
Snow Fairy (body wash) £12.95 for 500g - everyone and their dog knows about Snow Fairy and it comes back year after year, you have to make sure you get enough of it before it's gone. The sweet candy bubblegum smell fills the bathroom for hours after you have used it.
Christmas products at Lush need to be sweet smelling and contain plenty of glitter (what more could you want) of course Lush have manage to achieve this year after year!
What are your Lush favourites at Christmas? Is there any I need to try?
Until next time.

The Start Of Something New
Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Well after naming this post "The Start Of Something New" and High School Musical coming straight into my head. I thought I best do my first post regardless of how daunting it is, I have wanted to start a blog for over a year now from reading many blogs such as Zoella etc, I thought I may aswell give it a go. I have had this here for ages but I just never knew where to start.
On my blog I will be posting about fashion, lifestyle and beauty (gives it away in the name) I will try my best to be consistent with posts, and schedule them because I have a full time job so hopefully I will manage to get around that. But hey I'm Paige and welcome to my blog! I hope that this won't be the only post on here. It would be really nice if you could give me a follow or even a comment.
Until next time.
