Soap and Glory New Products For 2016!!

Soap and Glory have brought out a lot of new products to kick off 2016. I have been wanting to get my hands on these for a while now after seeing so many people talk about these products. Soap and Glory is definitely one brand that will always have a place in my heart, this was one of the first brands I used when I first started using make up. I went to my local Boots and was disappointed that they didn't have it so I had to travel into town to go to the bigger Boots which stocked it!

I didn't pick up much from the new line as I only got a few things which I was eager to try. The products I picked up were -

Glow All Out Highlight and Sculpt Cheek Stick in Ice Shimmer it wasn't long before Soap and Glory would bring out a range of these, not many if any drugstore brands have sculpting sticks out. I personally find that the sticks are so much easier to use and a lot better for travel. You don't need any brushes to help apply these as you can simply just use your fingers to pat these into the skin. The colours can be easily buildable to get your desired look from the creamy and very pigmented sticks. The highlighter is a gorgeous champagne colour with a slight pink undertone to it which in Summer is going to be gorgeous when the sun catches it.. These are suppose to be £8 but Boots have an offer on at the moment which lets you get it for £6!

WonderBronze Highlight and Sculpt Stick in Sundaze this is another one of their new releases in the stick formula and it is pretty much the same as what I said about the highlighter, it is super creamy and super blendable. You can give yourself a light contour with this but with it having shimmer in it I would personally use it for bronzing. At first I saw it and thought it isn't going to work on my skin but I think if I was to do small amounts and not go crazy it could work. It is a coppery shade with flecks of gold glitter in it which you can see when the light hits it, this will work on all skin tones which is ideal for anyone! It does have a slight red/orange undertone in my opinion. This is the same price as the Glow All Out Stick. They do have another stick to complete this range which is their Love At First Blush which I have read to be a dupe for NARS Orgasm blusher which is one of the reasons I didn't buy it as I already own Orgasm.

Kick Ass Just Bright Tired-Skin Concealer this product is amazing I use it under my eyes if I am looking more tired than normal. Soap and Glory's Kick Ass range is probably one of their most popular so you can expect nothing but good things from this product. You get a lot of product too which when you look at it you might think otherwise, however the amount of this product you use isn't a lot so it is guaranteed to last you a long time. It is both very pigmented but also so easy to blend out so don't worry about not being able to blend it out. This is suppose to be £8 but at the moment Boots have an offer on which lets you get it for £6!!

I also got a top up of my brow archery in blondeshell which is my holy grail and the only thing I use on my brows along with my gimme brow. I don't think I will ever be able to change as I have never found anything as good as that. It is the same thing I have used since I did my brows, that is definitely showing my love for this product as it gives a soft look to my brows. It is buildable if you want a strong brow but I personally think it works best for a soft brow.

Have you tried any of the new Soap and Glory products? What do you think of them? Let me know in the comments!

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Review!

Liz Earle is a brand I have always wanted to try after hearing so much from YouTubers and fellow Bloggers I decided that I would ask for some for Christmas which I got a range of different ones from her range. I have been loving the Cleanse and Polish so much! I am lucky enough to have two bottles of it, one being the Christmas Limited Edition and then the original one which they have. I have been using the Christmas one which my friend got my for Christmas. Can I just add the smell is amazing!!

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser is definitely one of the best make up removers if you have had a lot of make up on, this is definitely why I use it. I only use the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish when I have had a full face of make up on all day. You can use this on a day to day basis but I just prefer using it when I have had make up on. It has lots of natural ingredients which all help your skin be at its best.

How it use it;
- Apply the Cleanse and Polish all over your face, it doesn't need to be wet.
- With lukewarm water put the muslin cloth in the water and drain it out.
- Slowly wipe over your face using a clean part of the cloth.
- Wash any remaining product off with clean lukewarm water.
- Splash cold water on your face once clean.
- Pat dry with a clean towel.

Cleanse and Polish can be used all over your face as well as on your eyes, it helps to melt your make up so when it comes to wiping it off there is nothing left. Even with eyeliner I use to find this quite difficult to fully remove but after trying this I haven't had that problem since. I would say that this product is ideal for all skin types as it causes no irritation but obviously it's different for everyone. I recommend this product to anyone that is wanting a good make up remover cleanser that actually works, with it only being £15.50 for a 100ml bottle and you get a muslin cloth with this it is worth it! You can get different size bottles so if you aren't wanting to pay that amount of money you can go for smaller cheaper bottles.

Have you got any favourite face products? Let me know in the comments!

(Sorry this is up later than 5pm, I forgot to click schedule!)

Sales, Sales and More Sales! Part 2

Welcome to part 2 of my Christmas sales haul if you haven't read part 1 then click here to view it! If you're wondering why two posts then yes you're correct I bought too much for just one post! So lets continue finding out my bargains!

FeelUnique had a good winter sale on selected beauty items where you could get up to 50% off! Which if you love make up as much as me then this is definitely a win for you! I decided to take the plunge and got the Gwen Stefani Palette by Urban Decay I have heard so much about this palette all positives and I agree with every single thing said, it's amazing! I will be doing a separate post on just this so keep a look out for that! Another thing was the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner in the shades Perversion and Demolition. These eyeliners are amazing they do not move all day which is something I always had a problem with when it came to eyeliners. RRP £15.50 but I got them with 10% for £13.95. I then got a top up of a concealer which I have used forever which is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in Ivory.

I didn't get much from Superdrug I was a bit late to grabbing the bargains on this one as I was only really bothered about the Zoella and Tanya Burr range which most of it was sold out before the sales, luckily I did get my hands on the fizz bar trio for only £2.99 and the awesome drawsome for only £25 which is amazing as this was £50! Sadly I didn't get all of the Christmas range they brought out but I got a majority which I am happy about.

Boots was amazing I again missed out online for some of the good deals such as Soap and Glory, luckily I was able to get my hands on the things which I missed out on online! I managed to pick up the Limited Edition The Whole She-Bang Gift Set which I did mention in my gift guide for her post, this retailed at £60 and I managed to pick it up for £30 which is insane especially for the things you get. I got the body butter wheel which has 5 travel size body butters along with the flake away foot scrub too which only cost me £8 and the tin of eyeliners which you got five eyeliners in for £7 which I love Soap and Glory's waterproof smoulder khol eyeliners these are my most used eyeliners! The colours you get in the set are black, brown, blue, purple and green.

I also got some bits from Victoria Secret but I am still waiting for this to be delivered so I will give this another separate post as I do have quite a lot which I got online as well as instore.

Let me know if you picked up any goodies in the comments!

(ps sorry about the pictures I had to find them online as the photos I had have disappeared and all my stuff has been put away now.)

Until Next Time,
